     Hurricane Song by Paul            is mainly about a boy and his father. So Miles and his father don’t have a lot of communication. They barely talk to each other and they don’t show the love of what parents and children do. This story is a really emotional and fantastic book. The central idea is making a change in life. Even the author makes the book change in each chapter.

At first Miles didn’t have communication with his father he was practically an only kid and he live in Chicago with his mother. He came over to visit his father in New Orland’s. Miles didn’t have time whit his father. An example is when he asked his father for a ball and instead he gave him some drums. Also his father didn’t have time for him because his life was music and music. In the middle of the book there’s a hurricane coming and they evacuate their home. At the end after the hurricane he notices how much he loves his father even thought they don’t really share much in common.

   Miles father didn’t have communication ether with his Miles. His life was music. He love music and didn’t care much about other stuff. In the middle of the book when they evacuate their home and they move to the superdome. He has a change in his life he realizes how much he loves his son. He makes a big change. This book shows and tells the reader how people can change during their lives just like Miles and his father
